Are there any plus ones?

We really wish we could have everyone at our special day but due to limited capacity at our venue, unless specified on your invitation envelope, sadly we cannot accommodate plus ones.

Why no children?

We adore all the little ones in our lives but have decided to make our day adult only. We didn’t think it would be fair to ask some and not others and hope the advance notice means you are still able to attend.

Is there a car park?

Yes, you will be greeted on arrival and directed to the main car park. The ceremony and reception are in the same location. Taxi details are listed on the travel page. We recommend you book travel in advance as it is a rural location.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony is in St John Lateran Church on-site. Parts of the wedding reception will be outside, weather permitting.

Any colours to avoid?

Ladies, just the usual; please avoid cream, champagne, ivory and white. We need to make sure David knows who he’s supposed to be marrying! Ideally, please also avoid black if you can.

Any local outfit hire companies?

If you simply want to collect on the way in and drop-off om the way out, Goldings in Newmarket does suit hire. Although not essential, if you’re looking to wear a hat, there’s also Love that hat in Newmarket or you can find others online such as Alice Brookes Bespoke, The Hat Club or rental sites such as Hurr/By Rotation.
